grain brain and wheat belly books

Wheat, Sugar, and Carbs.. Oh My!!

Uncategorized

My morning literature.

Many people ask me about what inspired my lifestyle and what books they can read. I owe it to these 2 books here. Grain Brain
and Wheat Belly. These books embody my beliefs on food and have amazing insight to how food affects us everyday, even if we don’t see it happening. It has scientific explanations about how sugar, wheat, and carbs can secretly reck your body (diabetic or not). It embraces the Paleo lifestyle and teaches you how to ease yourself into it (including food lists of what to eat which is every helpful). I’m all about that sugar free, carb free, wheat free, grain free, dairy free, gluten free lifestyle! Woot! I have received amazing results from switching to all paleo.. my energy level back to 100%, I feel great during workouts, I keep my body weight how I like it, my blood sugar levels are in good ranges (even without insulin), I sleep better, and I feel like I even save money because I’m not buying a lot of foods that most people would normally get at the store (like candies, chips, cookies, etc). They are great reads and I recommend them to everyone. It’s not just for diabetics, it’s for everyone and everyone would benefit from this lifestyle.and Wheat Belly.
