It all starts with positivity. Each morning before getting out of bed, think of 3 things that you are thankful for that has helped you become the strong person that you are today. With a positive mind, comes a positive life.
Mine are: 1. My amazing support system of my friends and family. 2. Believe it or not, I’m thankful for my Type 1, it has become a big part of me and it helps me prove to myself everyday how strong I really am. 3. The life I have been given to be able to try to reach my goals, make mistakes, and turn it into a positive learning experience.
